  The service here is just brilliant - the staff were great at getting back to me and so professional yet lovely. They were also fab at advising me on the alterations to make and found the perfect wedding dress for me. One of the only shops I visited that really pinned the dress and helped me see how it would finally look. Highly recommend.

  This was the first bridal shop I had visited since getting engaged. I bought along 4 people and there was no room for them all to sit (I understand some shops are small but it would have been helpful for them to have asked how many people were visiting before we arrived) It was a Saturday and there was also another girl trying on dresses. Like I said before, the shop is very small and had to take turns in trying the dresses on. Only had an hour appointment which is fair enough for a Saturday but felt very VERY rushes towards the end. Found a dress that I really liked but the sample was in a blush colour and I wanted Ivory. Lady who was helping us (owner perhaps?) assured me she would call back on Monday or Tuesday and she would try and find out if she could get an Ivory from the designer. Never heard anything again. She definitely had my phone number because she called to confirm my appointment the week before. Very unprofessional. It's a shame this was the first shop i'd visited because out of the 5 shops I've been to in total now, this was by far the worst experience.
